Description
There were numerous variations of the 101st Airborne Division’s patch during WWII. One was similar to the standard issue patch, but one manufacturer made the eagles with white tongues rather than red. Whether this was an accident or intentional is unknown. Regardless, these were issued and worn. Originals are rare and expensive.
