Tunics: M36 and M40 tunics were produced early in WWII but were issued and worn for its entirety. Although more common during the first half of the conflict, both uniforms can readily be seen on troops in 1943.
Here is an article explaining How German Feldblusen were sized in WWII.
Trousers: Like the tunics, the straight leg pattern trousers were manufactured from the early 1930’s until 1942-43, and thus were worn until 1945. The stonegray color was discontinued around 1940, but surviving trousers were used until the end.
Inseams on all sizes are 34″ (86cm).
